Quality Policy
QKL provides qualifications and training to adults working in a wide range of industries, including health and social care, advice and guidance, customer service and cleaning. QKL trains staff from induction to senior management level.
Our commitment to quality is demonstrated through:
- detailed advice and guidance to new learners
- regular and specific feedback to employers and the ability to deliver to tight deadlines
- Supportive and encouraging and able to develop talent across the workforce
- Innovative, tailored and accessible training and support materials
- Access to a variety of funding to suit different employers requirements
QKL is approved by City and Guilds to provide these qualifications and the quality of our work is monitored by in depth verification visits on a regular basis.
Our strength is the QKL team of assessors who are passionate about supporting and enabling competent staff to achieve the qualifications they deserve.
QKL has won recognition through a number of National Awards and we are part of a small group of NVQ centres working on a pilot with City and Guilds ‘Star Units’ project.
QKL recently won Matrix Accreditation for the information, support and guidance they give to their learners
