Training - Development - Qualifications

This Diplomas for those working in a supervisory, management or leadership role within the health and social care industry. This new qualification replaces the Level 4 Leadership and Management. The qualification is specifically aimed at those who develop, lead and manage. You may be responsible for developing a team, coping with changes, and ensuring that staff work in a healthy, safe environment. You are likely to be writing policies and guidelines and managingthe finances and day to day operations of the service.

QKL uses an integrated approach to include literacy and numeracy in all its training packages. We risk assess all our venues and check that clear information is given to enable learners with disabilities to be actively involved in all learning experiences

To enrol for this qualification

You will be allocated a fully qualified and experienced assessor who will support you throughout the programme, assess your competence in the workplace and help you to provide convincing evidence through work products, witness testimonies and questioning.

You will be required to attend workshops where we will ensure you have the knowledge and understanding required for the award, be able to progress on your portfolio and have regular tutorials with your assessor. On-going telephone and e-mail support will also be provided.
