Training - Development - Qualifications

Adina joined QKL Ltd in November 2009 after being unemployed for 18 months. Adina came to QKL with no experience in office and administrative work. She gained her Level 3 Advice and Guidance NVQ, and is now a qualified Assessor helping to qualify learners in Advice and Guidance and Customer Service.

Adina has progressed through the ranks, from the office junior administrator, to our new sales and marketing manager.

She has shown determination and a passion to help everyone who she comes into contact with, and goes above and beyond to ensure the needs of both our learners potential learners and our team are met.

Adina has also changed her working hours. QKL Ltd has noticed a change in the needs of our learners and partners. QKL is now open from 8:30-5:00 Monday to Friday. QKL is open all year round, except throughout the Christmas period.
