QKL wants to get your views and ideas about how we could improve our service to you even further. Over the next few weeks Goody Whyatt will be calling you to carry out a telephone survey on your NVQ experiences. This with our ‘on line’ survey will give us valuable information about how well we met your expectations and feedback on how we can in the future offer the best possible service to our learners.

Over the next few weeks Goody Whyatt will be calling you to carry out a telephone survey on your NVQ experiences. This with our ‘on line’ survey will give us valuable information about how well we met your expectations and feedback on how we can in the future offer the best possible service to our learners.

This week Goody was speaking to managers about their views on how we delivered NVQs to their staff team. The feedback was very positive and included the following comments:

"QKL's assessor was creative, insightful and vibrant in his approach"

"Written materials used by QKL had common goals that enabled staff with a very diverse education history to be well equipped during their NVQs"

One manager was particularly enthusiastic and pleased that his staff member was been recommended for a City Guilds Star unit. "She’s like a star here and it’s great to have that recognised"

Obviously the very positive comments are great to hear about but for us the important feedback was the suggestions on where we could improve our services.

QKL will be addressing the fact that some managers felt that they would like more formal feedback from our assessors with an introductory meeting at the beginning of the programme. QKL will be looking at how we can address this important point and integrate more contact with managers into our delivery of NVQs.
