Camiesha Strachan is a project worker in a drugs rehabilitation centre, run by Equinox Care. Camiesha was awarded a STAR UNIT from City and Guilds, in Health and Social Care.

She won this prestigious award for her exceptional work practice. Her NVQ Assessor Charlie Atkinson said: "Camiesha was already an ethusiastic and motivated member of staff, but following her day at Tate Modern, she took this to another level and demonstrated practice that won her this award."

We would like to congratulate Camiesha, for being the first of our learners to get this award. QKL is one of a small number of centres that have been chosen to take part in the City and Guilds Star Unit Project.
