QKL has produced two new booklets to prepare both learners and their managers for their qualification journey. The need for more information particularly for managers was something we learnt from our regular telephone surveys!

The booklets include information on how NVQ’s work, a jargon ‘buster’ to familiarise you with the language of NVQs and ideas on how to be successful as a leaner or give support as a manager!
