Diploma Levels 2 and 3

These diplomas are for those working in a health and social care setting. You may be supporting clients in a variety of settings - residential, day centres or as part of community care provisions. This range of qualifications can be tailor made to suit your job and optional units are available for staff who work across the sector from supporting older people with dementia to working with drug and substance users.

If you do your job well you should have a qualification to prove it!

Our team offers plenty of help if you need to improve on anything, and encourages you to show your skills and collect evidence to show how well you do your job.

Qualifying in your job will only help increase your opportunities — at work and in life in general.

QKL offers this award at level 2 and 3 and we will be able to advise and guide you to choose the correct level to match the job you are doing.

Every Learner Matters

We encourage and support all learners, whatever their backgrounds and circumstances to be healthy, stay safe and achieve qualifications in their chosen field. QKL uses an integrated approach to include literacy and numeracy in all its training packages. We risk assess all our venues and check that clear information is given to enable learners with disabilities to be actively involved in all learning experiences.
To enrol for this qualification

You will be allocated a fully qualified and experienced assessor who will support you throughout the programme, assess your competence in the workplace and help you to provide convincing evidence through work products, witness testimonies and questioning.

You will be required to attend workshops where we will ensure you have the knowledge and understanding required for the award, be able to progress on your portfolio and have regular tutorials with your assessor.
